A careful, precise process that puts your eye comfort and lash health first.
All tools and hands are thoroughly sanitised before we begin. We want you to see, smell, and feel the hygiene — it sets the tone for the entire session.
Any residual eye makeup, mascara, or skincare product is gently removed from the lash line to ensure clean adhesion.
A lash-specific mousse cleanser is applied to remove root oils and any remaining residue — essential for the adhesive to bond properly and last longer.
An eye patch is carefully placed to isolate the lower lashes, preventing them from sticking to the upper lashes during application.
A cotton swab gently absorbs any remaining cleanser or moisture at the lash line before the adhesive is applied.
A small fan dryer is used to ensure the lashes are completely dry before application — any moisture can compromise adhesive performance.
A small lash wand is used to brush the natural lashes into neat, orderly rows — making individual isolation easier and more precise during application.
A small piece of tape is used to gently lift the upper eyelid, allowing better visibility of each natural lash root for precise, accurate placement.
We check the entire lash line for gaps or uneven placement, correct as needed, and walk you through simple aftercare — including when to wash them, what to avoid, and how to maintain your results.
Everything you need to know before your appointment.
With proper aftercare, a full set typically lasts 3–4 weeks before an infill is needed. Natural lash shedding cycles affect retention — we'll advise you based on your lash type during your visit.
When applied correctly and with appropriate weight and length for your natural lashes, extensions should not cause damage. We always match extension weight to your natural lash to protect their health.
You generally don't need to — that's the point. If you do, use only water-based mascara on the tips. Oil-based products and waterproof mascara will break down the adhesive and shorten the life of your extensions.
Arrive with clean lashes — no mascara, eye makeup, or oily skincare around the eye area. Remove contact lenses before your appointment. Avoid caffeine beforehand as it can cause eye fluttering, which makes precise application harder.
For the first 24–48 hours: avoid water, steam, and sweating. After that: wash gently with a lash-safe cleanser, brush daily with a clean spoolie, and avoid rubbing your eyes or sleeping face-down. Avoid oil-based products near the lash line at all times.
Yes. We recommend infills every 2–3 weeks to maintain fullness. Infills are faster and more affordable than a full set — WhatsApp us for current infill pricing and availability.
